A. General Provisions
Registration is open to :
Internals :
1).UKDW Medical Students Undergraduate Program
2).UKDW Co-Assitants
3).UKDW Faculty of Medicine Alumni
1).The Symposium is organized by students of the Medical Professional Program, Faculty of Medicine, Duta Wacana Christian University (FK UKDW)
2).By registering for this symposium, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein
3).The organizing committee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions when necessary. Any changes will be communicated through official channels
B. Eligibility
Externals :
1).Non - UKDW : medical students, co-assistants, medical doctors
All participants are required to complete the registration and payment process before the specified deadline.
C. Registration and Payment
1).Registration must be completed through the official registration platform. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration
2).Registration will be confirmed only after payment has been received and verified by the organizing committee. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address
D. Refund Policy
1).All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
2).Participants who cancel their registration, fail to attend the symposium, or are unable to participate due to personal reasons are not eligible for a refund
3).Refund requests related to scheduling conflicts, travel restrictions, health conditions, or other personal circumstances will not be processed
4).Refunds will only be considered if the symposium is canceled by the organizing committee and cannot be rescheduled
E. Attendance and Participantion
1).Participants are expected to attend the symposium according to the official schedule. Attendance will be verified using the official system provided by the organizing committee
2).Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unethical behavior may result in removal from the symposium without compensation
F. Program Changes and Force Majeure
1).The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the symposium schedule, speakers, program, or event format when necessary
2).The organizing committee shall not be held responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events
G. Intellectual Property Rights
1).Authors retain ownership of all submitted abstracts and related materials
2).By submitting an abstract, authors grant the organizing committee permission to publish and distribute the abstract title, author information, and content for purposes related to the symposium
3).Authors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are original and do not infringe upon any third-party rights. Any disputes regarding authorship, plagiarism, copyright, or intellectual property rights remain the sole responsibility of the authors
H. Disclaimer of Liability
1).Participation in The BRIDGE Symposium 2026 is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own safety, health condition, personal belongings, and conduct during the event
2).The organizing committee shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, property damage, travel disruption, or other incidents occurring before, during, or after the symposium, except where required by applicable law
3).Participants are required to comply with all venue regulations and instructions provided by the organizing committee. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund or compensation
