Policy

Certificate of Attendance
Participants who attend at least two scientific sessions are eligible to receive a Certificate of Attendance. Attendance will be verified through the official attendance system provided by the organizing committee. Certificates will be issued based on the information submitted during registration and distributed after the symposium.

Poster Presenter Certificates 
Certificates will be issued to the registered presenter as listed in the official symposium records. If the primary presenter is unable to attend, a co-author or designated representative may present on their behalf, provided that the organizing committee is notified no later than one day prior (D-1) to the symposium. Once approved, the change of presenter is final and cannot be modified further. Certificates will be issued based on the final confirmed presenter information.

Presentation Certificates
For abstract submissions, only the presenting author will receive a presentation certificate. If an abstract is selected for a moderated poster, only the presenter delivering the poster will receive the moderated poster certificate. Co-authors will not receive presentation certificates. Authors whose abstracts are not selected for moderated poster sessions may still receive a Certificate of Attendance if they register as symposium participants.
